Big Ideas & Blue Sky Thinking
When In-House Solutions Don't Work for PR Firms
When a long-time client is doing something outside of your area of expertise:
"We have a client launching a new project for a demographic outside of our wheelhouse and we need help making it work."
When you're temporarily short-staffed, but you can't afford a lapse in results:
"Our PR firm can't afford to vet and hire another person right now, and one of our name brand clients needs results on this upcoming project."
When your niche, boutique PR firm suddenly has the need for a mainstream audience:
"Our client's product category was just mentioned by someone in the mainstream and we need to pitch thousands of reporters overnight."
When you need to create a working partnership program:
"We have a client who wants to partner with a big brand to do something meaningful, but it's not what our firm normally does. We need help conceptualizing the project, finding partners, and initiating outreach."
When In-House Solutions Don't Work for Brands or Nonprofits
When it's time to re-brand:
"We're rebranding and we're too close to the old brand to be objective."
When your new startup is starting to scale PR:
"Our junior PR team has skills but needs regular senior leadership until they have their feet under them."
When it's time for something new:
"We're about to do an investment round and we need additional PR that focuses on our internal team and their thought leadership."
When your nonprofit needs to re-engage key donors:
"Our nonprofit is readdressing how it communicates with high-level donors and what we've always done isn't working."

When You Can't Risk Leaving it to Chance
Let the professional do it!
As an independent consultant and advisor with 25+ years experience in marketing and public relations, I often tell clients I can "do more in a day than most PR firms do in a week."
Why a consultant?
Because you get objective, C-suite-level advisement and work when you actually need it! I work fast, and without the bureaucracy and bulk that often comes from institutionalized thinking. And I love working with creative teams.

Working Together
I work best with teams in search of a breath of fresh air and who value out-of-the-box ideas.
I work hard to get my clients the best possible results. I can not guarantee results (no one can), but it is my goal in our time together, that we give results the best possible environment to thrive and that, regardless of outcomes beyond our control, we create stories and movements that are meaningful and memorable.
I am transparent; I'm not a secret. Every client/brand/team I'm working with has to be aware that I have been brought in as an independent consultant. Your client deserves to know that it takes a village.
I'm not here to compete with anyone or overhaul your team; I'm just here to help you get unstuck!
