WHAT IS FERAL?
Feral is:
Being connected to the deeper well of meaning.
Learning to exist outside the constraints of systems that exploit.
Warming yourself by the light of your inner spark and loving that spark in others.
Feral is:
Caring for your inner child.
Healing old wounds.
Looking for and recognizing the starlight in the deepest night.
Moving beyond reactive “resistance” and becoming the mountain.
Feral is:
Awakening the old spirits.
Going to ground and breathing the dirt.
Sitting with the trees.
Living with ghosts.
Considering your steps with a thousand-year perspective.
Holding space for the moments that travel forward with you.
Feral is sometimes messy.
Sometimes unhinged.
Often unpredictable.
But always powerful.
Your feral is your power.
To be feral is to be untamable.
Like the ancient horses, running free.
Feral knows who it is.
Feral is what the world longs for.
The field under the buildings.
The lakes under the roads.
The ecosystems crying out, to live in harmony again.
Feral does not convert.
It awakens. It releases. It flies.
Men have tried to stop it. To control it.
They have written laws banning it.
They have burned people alive who lived it.
Feral is an open secret.
You can not stop what is feral.
You can not stop the tide.
Not with oversight, not with barbed wire, not with AI, or mass surveillance.
Feral is already a part of all of us.
So when I say, stay feral
I mean it.
Reach in and know who you are.
Sit with yourself.
It doesn’t have to be perfect,
But it has to be honest.
So when I say, stay feral
I mean I love you.
You are worthy of so much love and I want this for you.
So when I say stay feral,
I mean that your dreams and ideas are an intricate seed in the garden of the universe.
You can grow it into forests that will shade the generations to come.
So when I say stay feral,
It is a wish. An ancient magic. A casting of sorts.
Take it with you. Breathe it in.
May you radiate into your world in ways that spark
Hope, ferocity, compassion, tenacity, resilience, becoming, empowering,
and most of all, love.
So stay feral dear ones.
Stay feral.
